性能特点

Performance and features

1)采用PLC控制，无级变频调速。

2)放卷、成型、压痕、热封、灌装、尾封、冲切。

Working processes include film unwinding, forming, embossing, heat sealing, filling, tail sealing and punching.

3)单面光电图案对版功能，另外面喷码打日期1-5排字。

Photoelectric pattern registration on a single side and 1-5 lines of characters, including date, coded by an ink-jet printer on the outer side.

4)采用蠕动泵或活塞泵控制装量，精度准确，还有防滴漏功能。

Peristaltic pump or piston pump for filling volume control with high accuracy and function of anti-leakage.

5)接触部位采用316L不锈钢，机器外罩采用SUS304不锈钢，符合GMP标准。

Parts contacting the product is made of SUS316L and the machine cover, made of SUS304, which is GMP compliant.

6)卡片式包装机产品使用方便，产品折卡片即可断裂开口，挤压片物料就会挤出，十分方便残留少，不易造成浪费。

It’s convenient to use this card packing machine. Fold it and the card will be sheared off. Then squeeze the pack and the product will be extruded, for less residue and hence less waste.
